Dear God,

During this time of Summer, with the heat, and the travel that are part of our lives,

keep us all free from harm. 

Fill the days of our young with fun, joy, safety and adventure,

and dreams that will lead them always closer to You.

Give parents the wisdom to care for their children and lead them always closer to You.

Bring each of us into each new day, blessing our steps, leading our way,

always, closer to You.
